What are your working hours?
A) Our regular clinic hours are 9 AM till 5 PM (Monday thru Friday). Our urgent care hours are 5 PM-9 PM (Monday thru Friday). We are also open during the weekends, with prior appointments only.

Where are you located?
A) We are located between downtown Fullerton and St. Jude hospital on Harbor Blvd at the intersection of Harbor Blvd & Brea Blvd. For added convenience, we are located in the north entrance ground floor (Southside building in Fullerton towers).

Do you have parking facility?
A) We have FREE covered and non covered parking in our location.

What insurance policies do you accept?
A) We accept many HMO, PPO insurance coverage besides Medicare, Cal Optima, and cash patients. 
HMO Insurance - AppleCare, Caremore, Monarch, Prospect, Lakewood, Alamitos, Brookshire, St. Mary.
PPO Insurance – Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue shield of CA, Beech Street, Cigna, Coventry (1st health), Great west, Healthnet, PHCS, Food workers, Teamsters union, Triwest/TriCare, United Health Group, and many others.
We accept most of the above insurance providers for our urgent care visits as well. Please call us to verify your insurance carrier to make sure coverage is ensured.

Do I need an appointment to see the doctor?
Our clinic is a walk in primary care clinic. You may come anytime during our regular hours (9AM-5PM Monday thru Fridays). However, making an early appointment will give you preference to see the doctor on time at your convenience.
